Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least a 24 hour notice. You may cancel or reschedule on our website at skinsolutionspa.com, through email at appointments@skinsolutions.com, or by phone at (719)-387-1625. We charge a 30% cancelation fee to the card on file for any cancelations or reschedules out of the 24 hour window. We appreciate your patience and understanding in supporting a small and local business in our community.
